The font used for the 'Cadenza' draft was the most popular, probably because it's the boldest and easiest to read, thus it stands out to readers the most. It also comes across as more appealing, making it appeal more to the audience.
The most popular colour I used was the purple, and I got one suggestion that I made it a stronger purple. This may be because purple is used much less frequently than blue on magazines, which makes it more noticeable.
Even though mastheads are most commonly placed in the middle at the top, I feel this was the most popular option because not only is that what's most familiar to the audience, but putting it there makes it more organised, and it's easier to find on the page. However, one person I interviewed suggested putting it on the left because then, if i need the picture to go over the masthead, it will cover up less of it.
The name 'cadenza' was possibly the most popular because it wounds the most flamboyant, which probably makes it the most recognizable. The word also means a section of a solo piece in which the musician can show off their skills. This dramatic name can probably allow it's target audience to associate with it, feel that the magazine is marketed towards them and find it more appealing.
